Shanghai Jianqiao College (hereinafter referred to as SJC) is a full time private institution of higher learning approved by Shanghai Municipal Government and Ministry of Education. The College was founded in April 2000 and began to enroll students in the fall of 2000. The College is authorized to offer 4-year undergraduate programs and to award both Bachelor and Associate Bachelor degrees as well as college diplomas. The SJC has also been authorized to accept overseas students to take advanced studies on Jianqiao campus.
