The Board Chairman’s Message
Developing private institutions of higher education is one
of the important measures for implementing the government’s
policy of rejuvenating the country through science and education
,and the only way to make higher education available to all.
As a sponsor of the new private college , I feel obliged and
honored to dedicate myself to the construction of “three bridges
“ together with all my co-sponsors. The first bridge is for
the students to get a good education so as to succeed in their
life. The second bridge is for the teachers to find an ideal
position here to put their expertise to good use. The third
is for the society, or to be exact, for enterprises and institutions
to find suitable employees to satisfy their needs for development.
